NEW WINDSOR SUPERVISOR GEORGE GREEN ENDORSES TOM BASILE TO SUCCEED BILL LARKIN

NEW WINDSOR, NY- Calling him an advocate for taxpayers, property owners, business leaders and more New Windsor Town Supervisor George Green offered his wholehearted endorsement for Tom Basile to succeed former New Windsor Supervisor and current State Senator Bill Larkin.

Green, who has been the Supervisor for New Windsor for more than 15 years, cited Basile's depth of experience in the public and private sector in making his endorsement.

"Tom Basile will be a partner for our community. He will fight to help us lower property taxes and make our area more affordable. Tom has my strongest support to follow in the footsteps of our great Senator Bill Larkin," said Supervisor Green.

"It is an honor to have the support of Supervisor Green. Working together we'll ensure we're getting more resources back from Albany for infrastructure, improving local services and providing meaningful property tax relief. Like Supervisor Green, I will make sure our area is a place where people can earn a good living, raise a family, and retire," said Basile, who is running on the Republican, Conservative, and Independence lines on November 6 with the endorsement of Senator Bill Larkin.

In addition to Senator Larkin, Basile has previously announced the support of County Executives Neuhaus and Day; Sheriff Carl DuBois; Legislators Vero of Chester, Stegenga of Blooming Grove, Litt of Plattekill, Gerentine of Marlborough, and Tuohy of Monroe; Supervisors Winchell of Montgomery; Carnes of Crawford, Piaquadio of Newburgh, Jeroloman of Blooming Grove, Cardone of Monroe, Monaghan of Stony Point, Croce of Plattekill; and Mayors LoFranco of South Blooming Grove, Dwyer of Monroe, Rumbold of Walden, and Queenan of Woodbury, as well as numerous other local officials and organizations.
